What I See
Education – What I see
An industrial age education system – teaches people to be good workers and not to think for themselves.
Most schools do not have basic resources, Libraries, computer classrooms, sports equipment, music instruments and arts and culture
We have an extremely high school drop-out rate above 56%
We a very low pass percentage level of around 30%
The system benefits no-one
The Big Picture
SA Business #7 – The Big Picture
Hi I’m Gunther Wallendorf from the NNE-NPO – today I’m talking to the CEO’s and business owners of South Africa.
We have spoken about the numbers, the shrinking customer base, the mass unemployment, the 56% school drop-out rate and the 26 million on social grants.
I hope by now you are seeing the big picture and given some thought to your continuous drop in customers.
In order for any business to survive they need their customer base to increase every year. You may be thinking well, I will just raise my prices, that will cost you more customers.
The only solution is to help us grow your customer base.
We must get all the people above into earning a good reliable income, this is the only way to increase the customer base in South Africa.

What We Need To Do
SA Business #6 – What we need to do
Hi I’m Gunther Wallendorf from the NNE-NPO – today I’m talking to the CEO’s and business owners of South Africa.
In my last video we spoke about doing nothing and what the consequences would be.
Let’s focus on what we can do, we can help the poor struggling people of South Africa make the shift from being dependent to becoming independent.
Again I hear you say, “that will cost a fortune, where will the money come from?”
Yes, it will cost a fortune, but it’s cheaper than doing nothing which will cost you your business, career and our country.
Our project “Uplift A Nation” is about helping the unemployed, the school drop-outs, the students that can’t afford to pay their fees, the disabled, the people on social grants and the people employed in low income jobs.
The start-up costs of the project are high, but our program is self-sustainable and therefore by year three, we will no longer be asking for funding support.
This is a win, win, win situation. You will have a continuous supply of paying customers in the future, we will uplift our poor communities and our country will have a thriving economy.
Let’s connect and collaborated, time is running out.
You Need Customers
Hi I’m Gunther Wallendorf from the NNE-NPO – today I’m talking to the CEO’s and business owners of South Africa.
We have spoken about the numbers, and how serious the problem of growing customer base is.
We all know that the more money we have the more money we spend.
If the number of people earning an income is not increasing every year.
How will you as a business owner increase your sales. People that have no money spend no money.
By working together we can help these millions of people become income earners and therefore become new customers to you and taxpayers to the country.
In a thriving economy everyone wins.
The Numbers Don’t Lie
Hi I’m Gunther Wallendorf from the NNE-NPO – today I’m talking to the CEO’s and business owners of South Africa. The numbers tell the story of the current situation in South Africa. We have 7.5 million unemployed, 26 million on social grants, 2 million students that can’t pay their tuition fees, many disabled people and a 56% drop out rate at school +- 560,000 kids drop-out each year.
So, I will ask the question again – where do you think your customers are coming from over the next five years?
We need to work together to help these people shift from dependency to independence, if we want our economy to thrive. We all know that everyone wins in a thriving economy. Please connect with me, and lets collaborate.
You Need Customers
We have a 56% school drop out rate, which makes these young people unemployable. We know that there are a very low number of jobs created each year, how do we increase your customer base?
SA – Why should you care?
South Africa – Why should you care – School levers and JOB’s
On average we have 1,000,000 children starting school every year. But we have a 56% school drop-out rate that would mean that around 560,000 children are leaving school without a high school certificate of any sort. That also means that we have 440,000 leaving with a high school certificate.
Some going to college, some going to university and some just looking for jobs.
Here is the problem, Stats SA unveiled the results of the QLFS for the second quarter of 2022 showing that the biggest job gains were recorded in Community and Social Services (276 000), Trade (169 000), Finance (128 000) and Construction (104 000).
So the total number of jobs created were 677,000 but there were also job losses. If we had a million school levers and we not even going to look at certificates, then that means the unemployed people in the country grew by 323,000 people. If we multiply that by the last 10 years, we have grown the number of unemployed people in South Africa by 3,230,000.
I believe these number are conservative, I would say we have grown the unemployed population in South Africa by 5 million in the last 10 years.
The solution is to help the people in poor communities to become self-employed, entrepreneurs and small business owners. This is what we do through out project “Uplift A Nation.”

Rise above the clouds

A deep dive into “The Instant Millionaire” by Mark Fisher
Chapter 14 – Are you above your storm clouds.
Remember that at a certain height there are never any clouds. If the clouds in your life are blocking the light, it’s because your soul hasn’t soared high enough. Most people make the mistake of fighting problems. It’s as if they are constantly bent on trying to eliminate the clouds, to dissolve them by some kind of magical process. Of course, they might manage to dissolve them temporarily, but the clouds will always come back to stand between them and the sun, blocking the light, however bright it may be.
What you must do is to raise yourself above the clouds once and for all.
Focus your mind on one thing that makes you happy for longer and longer periods of time, while sitting in silence. There you will find the path that will lead you above the clouds where the sky is forever blue. Don’t waste your time chasing the clouds, which unceasingly renew themselves…
You might not understand everything I’ve told you now, but accept it in good faith.
What he is actually saying is this – most of us see something in our life we consider a problem, instead of looking for the solution we attack the problem and the more we focus on and attack and hate the problem. The larger and stronger the problem becomes. Why is that?
Everything in life is about energy, our actions, our thoughts and out emotions. We have the ability to transfer and receive energy to and from things and other people. So when we get emotional about a problem we see in our lives, we end up transferring our energy into this thing we believe is a problem in our life. The more energy we transfer into the problem the larger it becomes. The opposite is true, if we look for the solution, we transfer energy into the solution, so the solution starts taking form and grows. Our problem is that as humans we tend to focus on the problems and not on the solutions. Make sure you are looking for solutions.
