How to Grow Your Business
Most of us go into our own business in order to get financial freedom and time freedom. By the end of the first year we realise that the time freedom was actually a myth, we find that we are working 24/7.
Three years later we are still doing everything ourselves and have not seen the financial freedom either, even if we have the financial freedom we don’t have any time to enjoy the money. We spend all our time trying to keep it all together.
The problem with most businesses these days is they seem to have forgotten the most important requirement to having a successful business.
THE CUSTOMER
The customer is the key to being successful in any business, you would not say that when looking at the service one gets from many businesses these days.
It so bad, that it seems we are not customers but more like a pain in the backside.
When we get service right, the business will flourish, this takes time if the company image has been tarnished already.
You want your customers to be your advertising, the only way this will happen is if you show customers you care by giving excellent customer service.
I always say if you have one hundred customers you know personally and are good friends with, but not one of them ever spent a cent on your actual business. How busy do you believe you would be? I believe you will be so busy that you would never need to advertise.
